Following the change of the ownership and an overall brand overhaul, a website revamp was naturally a next step for Strandhill Surf School - a long standing client of Dmac Media. The new website would be designed to reflect the fresh branding and new logo, and showcase some of the fantastic photographs provided by the client. We would keep the vital functionality e.g. payment and booking form while making it much easier to use and follow modern trends.

Dmac Media have designed a modern Dmac CMS v4 platform. The overall look was heavily inspired by the client’s new logo. We had some fun with the button rollover effects that imitate the Strandhill waves. A number of pages have been created in house featuring custom designed banners using client’s photographs. We have broken down the client’s service offering and made sure the new homepage, as well as the landing pages, break down the information making it easier to navigate. We’ve also added prominent calls to action making the class booking, and very popular live cam much easier to access. Aside from a 3rd party live cam integration, the new website showcases a number of forms that allow visitors to book a surf lesson or a camp, purchase a gift voucher, as well as a group and contact enquiry form. We’ve decided to also feature some of the client's fantastic testimonials. The overall result is a playful and modern website that will hopefully make joining a surf tribe a breeze!
