The Company wanted to revamp their website to reflect changes in the electrical industry and to showcase the broad range of services they now provide in a clear, bright and contemporary site. Strong calls to action would be needed and a number of lead collection forms were required along with a third-party chat integration to make the site more interactive and practical to both the client and the company.

Dmac Media Ltd worked with the client’s team to create a new sitemap and various wireframes to organise the existing site content into clearly navigable sections. This highlighted which areas of the site needed the most updating and identified the tools needed to showcase the company’s services. A fancy, smart new theme was designed for the Dmac CMS v4 platform which showcased the company’s strong branding. Their services were represented in clear sections and each page now includes relevant information, testimonials, news items and a strong call to action. Adding an article manager plugin allowed featuring the company's projects in an interesting and easy to follow way. An added Resource Hub is full of helpful info, downloadable manuals, certifications and warranties. Testimonials are displayed in a classy, custom carousel. Hubspot has been integrated to add Chat to the website and improve the lead collection process. North Cork Electrical is now well represented online, is easier to contact and has a website which reflects their young, vibrant industry and its years of experience. Finally, we’ve placed a Stripe payment form that allows the users to pay their invoices online. Although it sounds complex, the project has an ease of use that is the core of its success.
