Being an existing client of Dmac Media, Homecare Solutions sought to revamp their current website, which had aged gracefully but was no longer reaching its full potential. They desired a fresh look that aligns with their branding and promotional materials, as well as an enhanced mobile experience. They emphasised the need for more prominent calls to action (CTAs) to entice visitors to make inquiries. The client intended to add new content to communicate updated services and resources, accompanied by elevated visual assets that maintain consistency with their branding and messaging. They expressed their desire for a fresh approach that embraces modern web trends, user behaviour, and a clean design.

The platform was upgraded to the much more user-friendly Dmac CMS v.4. The overall design was refreshed to ensure that the website not only looks visually appealing but is also easy to navigate, with all information readily accessible across all devices. To highlight their reviews, a custom testimonial module has been added to the homepage, prominently displaying customer feedback. Additionally, custom icons have been designed and integrated into the website, along with a selection of carefully chosen stock images. These elements work together to depict the company as welcoming, professional, and trustworthy. Furthermore, the article manager has been revamped to showcase news and resources through searchable articles, providing users with an efficient way to access relevant information.
