Donegan Garden and Leisure had an existing brochure website with all of their products listed as information pages. It was tricky to update and no longer served its purpose. Their branding as well as their overall online presence needed a revamp. The client required a new eCommerce store with a user account history to make online shopping with them a breeze. They also sought help in kick starting and pushing their digital marketing campaigns. Adding an article manager was suggested as a great way to share any new product information, instructions on how to use and maintain their tools, to make the most of them and to share their expertise.

Dmac Media commenced the project by designing a new logo and choosing a new colour palette for the company. We then designed an easy to navigate online store. A wide range of products (some of them oversized and quite heavy) required the inclusion of a weight-based delivery matrix. Keeping the right balance between the sales product offers, the large number of products and online advice was achieved by restructuring a large number of categories into their logical groups, utilising easy to update modules and adding an article manager plugin. Dmac Media utilised the rebuilding of any content pages in the Dmac eCommerce CMS and proceeded to tweak the website to client’s needs with ongoing website support. The new website launch was accompanied by a dynamic digital marketing campaign to promote the business online.
