Although the existing website had much of the functionality required in place the staff found it difficult to manage and update. A key requirement for the redevelopment was an easy to use content management system which would save on admin time and allow quick updates to be made on the fly. Functionally the site should allow potential clients to search properties, report fixes, provide instant valuations and capture enquiries. The site should automatically pull in properties from a live 3rd party feed.

Using the existing website theme as a base our graphics team reworked some key sections and tweaked the overall look & feel. This process resulted in a more impactful and professional impression while also ironing out some ux pitfalls. The new site was built on the Dmac CMS platform with a custom property directory plug-in. The staff at Cullen Property can now make changes at ease and have the ability to sync properties with their SME Professional property feed.
