The key objectives were to improve the user experience, modernise the look & feel and ensure the website adheres to evolving best practices. Having developed the existing Bradley Tractor Parts website a number of years ago this was a great opportunity for us to update and improve on our previous work and implement new learnings on what visitors in this industry really need and want from an eCommerce store.

After conducting an audit of the existing website and investigating visitor behaviour we updated functional elements such as the Search Field, Cart, Checkout, Product Lists and also created a fresh new look & feel. The new site provides an improved customer journey while remaining familiar and trustworthy to new and returning customers.
