Tailer Pets

The Tailer Pets story began over 15 years ago while working in the pet specialist retail sector. As pet owners and dog lovers, we could see a change in mindset when it came to food and treats for our beloved companions. Pet owners across the country became more aware of the content and quality of their food and treats, and the lack of real, affordable, and sustainable alternatives. Tailer Pets was born, and we haven’t stopped since! We carefully select and source our products to ensure that they are of the highest quality, and we aim to make these superior pet products affordable and conveniently available to pet owners who want to support their pet’s health.

The Brief

To design a modern online store and introduce the new products to the market. The design would have to match the product packaging and reflect Tailer Pets brand and the love of dogs.

What We Did

We worked closely with Tailer Pets team and their product packaging designer to create a website that reflects the brand. We’ve used a number of vectors and matched the fonts to reflect the packaging design. The new ecommerce website features custom banners, easy to navigate product pages as well as some landing pages and a story behind the company. Stock images were used to fill the image gaps and give the website a cheerful vibe. Thanks to the use of Dmac CMS v4 platform, the new Tailer Pets store is not only easy to browse for the potential shoppers but also easy to manage by the Tailer team. This project brought joy not only to Dmac designers but also our bellowed office dog - Jack, who approves Tailer treats with his waggy tail!
