Kepak's new loyalty programme called 'Food Alliance' is an exciting way of thanking customers for business and rewarding excellence in the foodservice industry. Kepak required an online platform for customers to redeem rewards. The target audience were business owners of Fast Food establishments, Deli's, Pubs etc. who purchase Kepak products via preferred distributors. This audience may be time poor and possibly not tech savvy so user experience and speed were to be key focus areas. The website also needed to link with third party software to pull in users purchase history.

Working closely with Kepak's marketing team to maintain brand guidelines, we designed a theme that was intuitive, appealing and which continues to deliver a great user experience. The core system is built on a Dmac CMS platform with the custom theme and bespoke features developed in-house. The Redeem, Share and Play sections pull in prizes and points from third party software allowing a logged in user to spend points or check their balance. Although sounding complex, the project has an ease of use that is the core of is success.
